Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp chunky peanut butter
Preparation:
Bring the water to a slow boil and add oats. Stirring occasionally, allow to cook for about 5 minutes, until oats are soft and slightly fluffy. Or, microwave oats in water for about 3 minutes, until finished cooking.Add peanut butter and stir well. The heat will melt the peanut butter slightly, so it will be easy to combine.
